After the announcement of the new Pantone of the year for 2020, we couldn’t wait to debut our brand-new Spring Summer 2020 collections, boasting 54 trend-led shades of the infamous blue.

Described by Pantone as ‘timeless and enduring’, the ‘blue hue [is] elegant in its simplicity’. Classic blue has rocked the design world, taking over interior spaces across the globe.

We bravely broke through the decade with heart throbbing Honeysuckle pinks and tantalizing Tangerine Tangos. Moving through the 00’s, we took a softer approach, embracing pastel shades of Rosequartz and Serenity, leaving in style with our favourite so far, Classic Blue.

Blue can often have the “marmite effect” amongst interior designers with some shying away from its outlandish vibrance, but we can’t get enough of it. From subtle sprinkles through to breath-taking feature walls, blue has a special place in every setting.

Brought to life by the infamous flat-pack giant IKEA, blue and yellow has become the most iconic colour couple of the century. Mustard yellows can be cleverly partnered with deep navy blues to create euphoric cosy clashes of primary colours.

Popular and fashionably unpopular opinion is the blue on blue trend. Mixing a variety of textures, designs, shades and shapes, blues can often complement themselves beautifully. Painted navy walls can make dramatic back drops for the perfect designer’s canvas of pick and mix cushions.

For the more faint-hearted, blue can be added as a subtler accent colour. Adding pops of electrics in tassels and trims or layering pastel and baby blues can often be enough to elevate a setting, giving you a more risk- adverse solution to embracing the beloved hue.

From snakeskin-styled Emerson Imperial through to the dimpled Maddox Blueprint, Plains and Textures 11 explores the diversity and ingenuity which can be found in the newly hailed Pantone.

Experimenting with pattern, texture and tone, the collection brings the most innovative and fashion forward fabrics, thoughtfully executed by their colour group.
