Ultimate Grey and Illuminating: 2021 Makeover
It seems fitting that after a turbulent year of disruption and uncertainty, we are able to celebrate with the brand-new Pantone colours of 2021.
Illuminating and Ultimate Gray have been described as ‘a marriage of colour conveying a message of strength and hopefulness that is both enduring and uplifting.’
The two colours are independent in their own right and have been carefully selected to highlight how two elements can support, empower and lift each other.
A staple colour, Ultimate grey is the perfect undertone for any bold and bright coupling, making Illuminating the ultimate choice.

Soft Furnishings
For a speedy refresh, why not mix and match your cushions with a variety of soft textured grey tones, adding in pops of the bright yellow to liven up your space. Tie in a third colour with a bold printed velvet or graphic design, to take your look to the next level. Reinventing your soft furnishings is a great ‘quick-fix’, as you can switch out the yellow cushions and replace them seasonally with a brand-new colour palette, giving you a completely different look.
Splash of paint
Refreshing your walls with a lick of paint can give your home a whole new lease of life and totally transform your space. Whether it’s adding a splash of yellow colour as a feature wall, papering your fireplace, or getting totally creative with painted panelled walls; updating the overall colour can completely transform your room.
Reinvent your favourite chest of drawers or coffee table by repainting the outer shell. If you aren’t feeling too adventurous, try adding vinyl stickering or changing the knobs and handles as the perfect, cost effective upcycle alternative, making your furniture look brand new.

For soft and subtle hints, add small finishing touches such as vases, ornaments and fresh flowers to tie your look together and breath some fresh life into your space!
