At the start of last year I spoke to Sara-Jane at Teal Living who had a very important new customer from a large care home group coming to their showroom and wanted to update it with some new fabrics to give it the WOW factor as soon as they came in so that the right products were showcased to them.
We worked together to get the right fabrics and I personally delivered them to make sure they arrived as the timescale was very small as their new customer was arriving the following week.
After their customer has visited Sara-Jane called me and said they were blown away with the furniture and the fabrics that were in their showroom, this has now lead to that customer placing their first of many orders not only for the exact furniture that was shown to them but also the matching curtains and soft furnishing for the bedrooms too.
For a Care Home where the brief was to create a luxurious 'home from home' feel the ranges were perfect for what the new customer was trying to achieve.A good example of how Teal Living and SMD/ILIV working collaboratively for many years is benefiting both companies!"
