The SMD ILIV Group create beautiful interior textiles for residential and commercial spaces. Our design approach is instinctive, eclectic and imaginative. We use extensive photography, innovative point of sale, sampling and digital media to inspire conversations around the environments in which we work, live, retreat and socialise. In short, we believe great design is worth talking about.

Our partners include leading interior design practices, contractors, retailers, hotel chains, web platforms and distributors in over 50 countries worldwide. We work closely with our mills to minimise our impact on the environment and meet the highest possible sustainability, technical and ethical standards.

Through ILIV we provide beautiful fabrics and bespoke made to measure soft furnishings. Within our group we also have a business, SMD Home, supplying trend led “readymade” products manufactured into curtains, cushions and bedlinen and available as private label items from the UK’s foremost soft furnishing retailers.
